Member Terms & Communications Consent

By creating an account on the Mattress Industry Network you agree to the following. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

1. Who we are

The Mattress Industry Network (“MIN”, “we”, “us”) is an independent trade directory, job board, deals feed, and news outlet serving professionals in the mattress and sleep-products industry — retailers, retail associates, vendors, vendor reps, manufacturers, distributors, service providers, and press.

2. Your industry role

When signing up you tell us your role in the industry (for example: retailer, retail associate, vendor, vendor rep, manufacturer, distributor). This helps us tailor content and verify that submissions come from real industry participants. You agree that the role you select is accurate. You can update it at any time from Account → Preferences.

3. Communications & marketing consent

By creating an account you agree that we may email you:

  • Transactional messages — account confirmations, password resets, inquiry forwards from interested buyers, moderation notices, and other messages required to operate your account. These are not optional while your account is active.
  • Editorial & marketing — the weekly Industry Bulletin, breaking industry news, notable vendor and job listings, event announcements, deals, and occasional partner promotions relevant to the mattress trade. You may opt out of these at any time by updating your preferences or clicking “unsubscribe” in any such email.

If you also submit an inquiry form on a vendor listing, your name, email, and message will be forwarded to that vendor so they can respond to you directly. Vendors are asked to use that contact only to reply to your inquiry.

4. Accurate listings

If you submit a vendor listing, job posting, press release, or deal you agree the content is accurate, non-deceptive, and that you have the right to publish it. Moderators may edit, delay, hide, or remove any submission that does not meet these standards.

5. Acceptable use

  • No spam, scraping, or bulk automated submissions.
  • Contact details revealed to you through inquiries or job applications may not be added to marketing lists without the recipient’s separate opt-in.
  • No unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content.

6. Your data & rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not delete your account or listings.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the network evolves. Material changes will be announced by email and posted on this page with a new version number. Continued use of the account after an update means you accept the revised terms.
